Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Servex ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including customers and service providers ("masters").
2. Description of Service
Servex is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent service professionals. Servex does not employ masters directly and is not responsible for the quality or completion of any service performed. The Platform facilitates introductions and provides tools for communication and booking.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to access most features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Master Verification
Masters are required to submit identification and relevant qualifications for verification. Verified status indicates that Servex has reviewed submitted documents, but does not guarantee the quality or safety of any service. Customers are encouraged to review ratings and feedback before hiring.
5. Reviews and Ratings
Users may leave reviews and ratings after a completed service. Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience. Servex reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines, contain false information, or are otherwise inappropriate.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices; (b) harass or threaten other users; (c) post false reviews; (d) circumvent payment systems; (e) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of income resulting from services arranged through Servex.
8. Changes to Terms
Servex may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lviv, Ukraine.
